Plaintiffs Kenneth Bigham and KNB Holdings, Ltd. (collectively “Bigham”) bring this action against Defendants Envi-rocare of Utah, Inc., Khosrow B. Semnani, Charles A. Judd, and Frank C. Thorley (collectively “Envirocare”) seeking damages and injunctive relief for injuries allegedly sustained in violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”) and the common law.
