— Hattie L. Mosher, hereinafter called appellant, brought suit in the superior court of Maricopa county against Carrie A. Lount, individually and as executrix of the will of W. B. Lount, deceased, hereinafter called appellee. In her complaint she set up substantially as follows: That prior to the death of W. B. Lount there existed a partnership between appellant and the said Louiit, under the name and style of S. D.
