delivered the opinion of the court:
Defendant appeals the order of the trial court striking his petition which sought to vacate a portion of a default divorce decree entered against him.
Plaintiff filed a complaint for divorce in April of 1973, and alleged that she was without means to independently support herself and the two children born of the marriage and unable to pay attorney’s fees.
