MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

CLARIE, District Judge.

The plaintiff is seeking injunctive relief and treble damages, because of the alleged infringement of its registered trade and service marks in violation of the Lanham Trade-Mark Act of 1946, 15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq. The pre-trial order expressly reserved for subsequent proceedings an accounting of the profits or other damages in the event the plaintiff prevailed and the Court found reason for a further hearing. Jurisdiction is found to exist in this Court pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1121 and 28 U.S.C. § 1338(a); and venue lies under 28 U.S.C. §…
