McClain Airlines, Inc., a debtor in possession in a voluntary business reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Reform Act, seeks to assume an alleged exec-utory contract with the Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”). 11 U.S.C. § 365(a), Rule 6006(a), F.Bk.R. Debtor’s motion is supported by the official unsecured creditors’ committee and opposed by the government.
