Reversing.

In 1911 Harry R. Bash became a member of the- Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen and there was issued to him by the Brotherhood a policy known as “Class C,” which called for the payment of $1,875 in the event he sustained certain injuries or became totally disabled or upon reaching the age of 70 years, as provided in section 68 of the constitution and by-laws of the Brotherhood.
