POWELL, Presiding Judge.

Ed Gooding, a minor, has filed herein petition for writ of habeas corpus, seeking release from the Oklahoma State Reformatory at Granite.

It is set out in petition that on December 17, 1958, when petitioner was a minor eighteen years of age, without assistance or advice of counsel on a purported plea of guilty to a charge of second degree burglary, he was sentenced to the State Penitentiary for a term of two years.
