SEVERENS, Circuit Judge.

This is a suit in equity brought by the appellee, wherein it complains of the infringement by appellants of rights secured by letters patent Nos. 376,399 and 399,093, granted to Stephenson — the former bearing date January 10, 1888, and the latter, March 5, 1889 — which the appellee claims to own. Both patents relate to mattress-stuffing machines. Patent No. 376,399 was held void by the court below, and that decision is not brought up by this appeal.
