Presently before the Court is a motion to dismiss by Defendant Sound Design Technologies, Ltd. (“SDT”) pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) for lack of personal jurisdiction. Plaintiff Oticon Inc. (“Plaintiff’) brings this action against SDT and other defendants for patent infringement. SDT argues that the Court lacks jurisdiction over SDT because it does not have the minimum contacts with this forum required by Int’l Shoe Co. v.
