Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Moskowitz, J.), rendered November 12, 1987, convicting him of murder in the second degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant was convicted of felony murder and intentional murder in connection with the shooting death of Juan Pablo Arrendondo during the course of a drug transaction.
