MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROBERT E. NUGENT, Chief Judge.
The chapter 7 trustee, Linda S. Parks, objects to debtor’s claim of homestead exemption under 11 U.S.C. § 522(p)(l), arguing that debtor acquired an interest in a homestead in excess of $125,000 during the 1,215 day period prior to filing bankruptcy. 1 The trustee moves for summary judgment on her objection. 2 The debtor opposes the trustee’s motion and has filed an untimely cross-motion for summary judgment 3 The trustee has filed a combined reply and response to the debtor’s cross-motion for summary judgment. 4 The Court has also received…
