Whitman, Judge.
1. This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction and sentence for burglary. The first enumerated error is that the trial court erroneously denied appellant’s motion to suppress certain evidence. The motion to suppress was not made in writing as required by Code Ann. § 27-313 (b) (Ga. L. 1966, pp. 567, 571) and, therefore, was properly overruled.
