Margaret Wright, plaintiff in error, hereinafter designated “plaintiff”, instituted this action in the District Court of Converse County to cancel a real estate mortgage, and certificate of purchase and sheriff’s deed issued upon a foreclosure thereof. She also sought a decree adjudging the title to said real estate to be in her clear of any encumbrance, and enjoining the defendants in error, hereinafter designated the “defendants” from claiming any interest therein.
