STATEMENT
The debtor-complainant (hereinafter called Plasmare) requests that the court *307authorize it to remove a Plasma Arc Refuse Disintegrator (hereinafter called PARD) from realty owned by the City of Moore, Oklahoma (hereinafter called City). The City asserts ownership of the PARD, under the terms of a contract with Plasmarc’s predecessor, Environmental Pollution Control Systems, Inc. (EPCS).
