In a suit in a district court of Dallas county the Dallas National Bank recovered judgment in the sum of $22,672.06, being the amount due on a note in the principal sum of $20,000, against T. L. Camp, M. F. Spillfers, John F. Bruce, and the Automatic Inn Company, Incorporated, on peremptory instructions by the court. Judgment was also rendered on peremptory instructions in favor of G. B. Foster and J. L. Davisson, codefend-ants in the suit. T. L. Camp, who will be styled appellant, has perfected an appeal from this judgment. The Dallas National Bank, hereafter styled appellee,…
