This is a divorce action that was instituted in April 1976 and was finally heard on the merits in January 1978, with the order dated February 27, 1978. The parties had minor children, and the intervening time period produced temporary hearings, motions for further temporary hearings, contempt proceedings, and other interlocutory concerns.
