We adopt, as substantially correct, the following statement of the nature and result of this suit, as found in the brief of plaintiff in error, and which is concurred in by the defendant in error:
This suit was filed by Dr. E. A. Sherrill, as plaintiff, against the Union Lumber Company, as defendant, for the sum of $1,753, plaintiff claiming that such sum was due him for medical treatment rendered to injured employés of the defendant company during the first week of their injuries, in accordance with the Workmen’s Compensation Act of this state.
