This is a workmen’s compensation cáse involving the payment of attorney’s fees as approved by the board. The claimant employed one attorney, agreeing to pay him one-fourth of any settlement by recovery or *562otherwise. This' attorney negotiated a settlement which the claimant rejected. The claimant asked this attorney to withdraw, and employed another attorney, agreeing to pay the second attorney one-third of any recovery.
