This appeal is prosecuted hy the administrator with the will annexed of the above entitled estate and by the administrator with the will annexed,of the sole legatee and beneficiary of such estate, from an order of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County determining and fixing the amount of the inheritance tax in said estate.
