Action for damages resulting from injuries sustained by the- plaintiff while she was a passenger on one of the *469defendant’s street cars. At the close of the plaintiff’s testimony, the court directed a verdict for the defendant. Plaintiff appeals.
Plaintiff was a passenger on defendant’s street car at about 9 o’clock in the evening of November 6, 1917. She was then about 53 years of age, and weighed 185 pounds.
