FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
Appellant, Don Giorlando (“Giorlando”), alleges that he was injured on or about April 11, 2006, while working in the course and scope of his employment with appellee, Lowe’s Home Centers, LLC (“Lowe’s”).
