Appellant, Beemac Trucking, LLC, appeals from the order entered on October 8, 2014. We reverse.
The factual background and procedural history of this case are as follows. Appellant is a trucking company located in Beaver County. It planned to build and operate a compressed natural gas fueling station in Ambridge to service its own fleet and to sell gas to the public.
