COOPER, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment in the Hardin Circuit Court dissolving the marriage ot the parties, wherein the trial court affirmed the separation agreement as a part of the final judgment in the dissolution of the marriage.

This appeal presents two significant questions in the area of domestic relations: 1) the effects of reconciliation on a settlement agreement; and 2) the correct standard in reviewing a trial court’s ruling on the con-scionability of such agreements.
