This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County, entered on a verdict returned in favor of the defendant.

This is an action for damages growing out of an automobile collision which occurred at about midnight on November 16, 1951, at the intersection of West Mound Street and Wayne Avenue in the City of Columbus.
