P.J. Plaintiffs appeal as of right from a December 28, 1989, order of the Wayne Circuit Court granting defendant’s summary disposition motion brought pursuant to MCR 2.116(C) (8). We affirm.

This case involves the application of the Administrative Procedures Act, MCL 24.201 et seq.; MSA 3.560(101) et seq., to the revocation of a license to sell lottery tickets.
