This is an appeal from a judgment rendered by the district court of Oklahoma county which reversed in part a decree entered in the county court of said county in a probate proceeding.

The uncontroverted facts essential to an understanding of the contentions here presented will be briefly related. Ned J. Milton and Cassie H. Milton, who for some years prior to November 4, 1925, were husband and wife, were divorced on said date by decree of the district court of Pushmataha county.
