Blume, Justice.

This action was commenced by The Casper National Bank, plaintiff, against the defendants C. H. Woodin and E. J. Houseworth to recover judgment on a note of $8000 hereinafter mentioned, together with interest and attorney’s fees, and to foreclose the mortgages also hereinafter mentioned. Houseworth filed a counterclaim against Woodin alleging in substance that he was an accommodation maker on the note; that Woodin was primarily responsible thereon and he prayed judgment accordingly, and also a judgment for $1524.37 for the item hereinafter mentioned.
