MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CLARKE, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on each defendant’s Motion for Release on Bail Pending Appeal pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3143(b). The defendants have filed Notices of Appeal of their convictions on numerous charges arising from their involvement in the affairs of Landbank Equity Corp., a now-defunct issuer and seller of mortgage-backed consumer loans.
