Defendant brings this appeal from orders dismissing her counterclaim for separate maintenance and denying her petition for temporary support during the pendency of the appeal.
Plaintiff, Ray Sherman, and defendant, Harriet Sherman, were married on June 24,1950. On February 7, 1972, plaintiff filed a complaint for divorce charging mental cruelty. Defendant, acting pro se, denied the allegations and filed a counterclaim for separate maintenance based on desertion and adultery.
