The decree of divorce in this case was obtained by fraud and must be opened. The libel was filed May 24,1943. At a hearing before a master on September 2,1943, libellant testified that he took up his residence in this county on May 17, 1943, one week before the libel was filed. Respondent was served personally but did not enter an appearance, nor did she appear at the hearing either in person or by counsel.
