MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER

Before the Court are the Motions of General Electric Capital Corporation (“GE Capital”), Maxus Capital Group, LLC (“Maxus Capital”), U.S. Molding Machinery Company, Inc. (“US Molding”) and Winthrop Resources (“Movants”) for Allowance and Payment of Administrative Expense Claims. The Debtor opposes the relief sought.
