SADLER, Justice.

The plaintiff-appellant complains of a judgment rendered against her in a suit upon a complaint in which she asserted two causes of action. In the first she merely asked for a money judgment against the defendants, her father and mother, for money had and received to her use from the sale at an agreed purchase price of a ranch composed of lands owned individrtally by the plaintiff, on the one hand, and by the defendants, on the other, yet combined into a single unit for purposes of operation as a ranch. She claimed her lands had on them the only water on the ranch thereby…
