Plaintiff appellee, The American State Bank of Bloomington, a corporation, executor of the last will and testament of Christiana Wissmiller, deceased, filed its complaint in the circuit court of McLean county seeking certain equitable relief, to which appellant Bosa Blum and numerous other defendants answered, and Bosa Blum filed a counterclaim also praying equitable relief.
