MEMORANDUM DECISION REGARDING MOTION FOR SANCTIONS

The matter before the Court is the Motion to Reopen Case to Impose Sanctions *250against Gary Hatch, Cindy Hatch, and Pegasus Construction LLC for Violations Of 11 U.S.C. § 362(a)(6) and the Federal Discharge Order1 (the “Motion for Sanctions”) filed January 6, 2017, by Debtors, Gene A. Slater and Jamie D. Slater (the “Debtors”), in the above-captioned case.
The Court conducted a preliminary hearing on February 8, 2017, and granted the Debtors’ request to reopen the case and issued an order on the same.2 The…
