— Appellee recovered a judgment against appellants before a justice of the peace for acreage rent claimed to be due on a certain agreement. Appellant appealed to the circuit court, where appellee filed an amended complaint, to which demurrers were overruled. Appellant filed a cross-complaint asking to have the agreement canceled, which was struck out on motion. Judgment against appellant. The errors assigned question the sufficiency of the complaint, sustaining the motion striking out the cross-complaint, and overruling the motion for a new trial.
