Petitioners Lorraine Campbell and Charles Lamm, the defendants in a pending residential mortgage foreclosure action, petition for a writ of mandamus, seeking review of the denial of their motion to dismiss. Petitioners contend that the Verified Second Amended Complaint of respondent, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., does not comply with the certification requirements of section 702.015(4), Florida Statutes (2015), and Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.115(c).
