This original proceeding arises from a probate proceeding in Burleson County, a county with no statutory probate court or county court at law. Jeffrey Lewis (Jeffrey), the real-party-in-interest and plaintiff below, filed suit in the constitutional county court, sitting in probate, against Relator Diana Faye Lewis (Diana), individually and as executrix of the estate of Doris A.
