On petition of Peter Olshefskie, plaintiff, a citation was issued by the Court of Common Pleas of Northumberland County, January 27,1941, returnable after the expiration of 15 days from service thereof, on defendants to show cause why the real estate referred to in the petition should not be delivered to petitioner. . . .
