In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for malicious prosecution, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County (Nicolai, J.), dated February 24, 2011, which granted the separate motions of the defendants Thomas F. Farley and Thomas F. Farley, EC., and the defendant Elizabeth Light pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (5) and (7) to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against each of them and to impose sanctions pursuant to 22 NYCRR 130-1.1, and denied her cross motion for leave to amend the complaint.
