Fort Worth Pipe Company (appellant) ap peals directly 1 from a judgment of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. The bankruptcy court ruled that a payment by the debtor, George Rodman, Inc. (debtor), for the release of appellant’s lien on one of debtor’s wells was a preferential transfer and could be avoided by the trustee, Thomas Kenan (trustee).
