This case is an appeal from the Chancery Court of Quitman County. The complainant there, appellant here, appealed from an adverse decree, and the defendants there, appellees here, attempted a cross-appeal. We cannot recognize appellees as cross-appellants for the reason that they did not comply with the rule for cross-appeals.
