*760Confesor Meléndez Santos urges the reversal of the sentence of fifteen to thirty years’ imprisonment in the penitentiary imposed on him by the Superior Court, Ponce Part, for the crime of second-degree murder. He maintains that the lower court erred in denying a change of venue; in failing to order that he be tried separately from the other two codefendants in the case, and in admitting in evidence a sworn statement and some alleged verbal statements made by defendant without it having been proved that they were voluntarily made.
