John W. Thurmon, Edith Thurmon, and L. D. Bartell, styled herein as assignors, for a consideration of $600 cash, granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed unto J. C. Tomlinson, styled assignee, his successors and assigns, all rights, title, and interest in and to a certain oil, gas, and mineral lease executed by James Jones et al., in favor of John W.
