D. W. Bates, superintendent of banking of the State of Iowa, and the Adel State Bank, are appellees herein. W. C. Harkrader is denominated as claimant, and is appellant herein.
The Adel State Bank was organized about thirty years ago, and did business in Adel, Dallas county, Iowa, until the bank was taken over and went into receivership under Bates as receiver.
