This record unfolds the trial of the case of Peter Harris against the Mayor and Council of Macon, the Macon Street Railroad Company, the Bibb Manufacturing Company and certain individuals, before the jury, the case on demurrer having been tried by this court at the September term,' 1884,* and the equity of the bill in its general bearings on the three corporations having been then affirmed on said demurrer. A verdict was returned on the trial before the *767jury favorable to Harris, and a decree entered thereupon for damages, for an injunction, and the removal of the track.…
