OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Lawrence D. Bishop, appeals from a judgment entry of conviction and sentence entered by the Franklin County Municipal Court. For the following reasons, we affirm that judgment.

{¶ 2} On February 28, 2008, Columbus Police Department Officers Douglas Wilkinson and Randall Mayhew responded to the report of a dispute between a woman, later identified as Virginia Lash, and her son at a house located at 276 South Harris Avenue in Columbus, Ohio.
