The plaintiffs in their argument contend that the disinfection of the rags by the defendant does not appear by the answer to have been in accordance with the regulations of the hoard of health,’because the regulation requires disinfection to the satisfaction and under the supervision of the board, and the answer does not show that the disinfection was accomplished to the satisfaction of the board, but only that the defendant’s process was one satisfactory to the board.
