Cross appeals from an order of the Family Court of Otsego County (Burns, J.), entered February 22, 2007, which, among other things, dismissed petitioner’s application, in three *1156proceedings pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, for custody of the parties’ children.
Petitioner (hereinafter the father) and respondent (hereinafter the mother) are the parents of two children, born in 1998 and 2000.
