Regions Bank v. Buoncervello

Regions Bank (“Bank”) appeals the trial court’s order dismissing its deficiency judgmént action against Becky Buoncer-vello for failing to timely serve the complaint. We find that the trial court abused its discretion by dismissing the complaint. Accordingly, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
