| sIn these consolidated appeals, defendant/appellant Atlantic Specialty Insurance Co. (“Atlantic”) appeals an August 31, 2009 judgment confirming a judgment of default in favor of plaintiff/appellee Joy Claudio 1 and intervenor/appellee Hartford Underwriters Insurance Company (“Hartford”).
